prognosis

— The usual course and outcome of a condition

Full explanation:

The prognosis for a condition is the way it is likely to turn out, based on studies that have followed up groups of people with the condition of interest.

Prognostic variables are characteristics or combinations of characteristics known to be associated with the evolution or resolution of a health condition. They can be used to identify subgroups of a population with better or worse prognoses.
